What We Do
A prosperous future for Zambia is at the heart of our mission; securing modern and reliable power solutions for the country sits at the very foundation of this premise. ZamGridCo was established to tackle the challenge of Zambia’s electricity crisis by channelling financing into eligible projects and disbursing funds directly to the organisations carrying out the work. Each proposed investment is assessed against the eligibility criteria and priorities defined under the Grid Resilience Programme, ensuring that funding is directed where it strengthens the grid most effectively and delivers lasting value. Decisions on eligibility and disbursement are made in coordination with the Company’s programme partners, under the governance framework established for the Programme.
